I am going thru all my side markers, turn signals, back up, stop lights and putting in new bulbs. I see the stores selling LED bulbs, and Im not above paying $20 for a pair for the brightness and longevity. That being said...I do know they are a lesser amp draw and supposedly don't work with our older Buicks...or do they? Does anyone have any LED in there cars that plugged in and had no issue?

Indeed, as Brett Slater noted, they do indeed work. I replaced every external light on my 1970 GS Stage 1 with LEDs and that includes the headlights. Trunk, courtesy and dome lights as well. It is really a night and day difference. Do some homework. No use paying the $20 a pair for lights. I got all mine on Amazon (links in the posts above) and the only thing you'll need is a new flasher for the LEDs turn signals.
Be sure to use a red for a red lens, an amber for an amber lens, purple for a purple lens....well you get the idea. Also, I put one in one side just to compare and it comes on almost a second faster. At 60 MPH that's 88 ft.
