Just thought I'd share something I found out when ordering a set of shocks today. KYB has a rebate for between $40 and $100 depending on what kind of shocks/struts you buy through the end of the month. I personally really like KYBs and have them on just about everything I've got, I don't think you can beat them for the price. Just thought I'd share in case anybody is in the market for some new oil and gas filled cylinders. Link here: https://www.kyb.com/save/

Got mine last weekend thru rock auto. $80 shipped and $40 back thru rebate. Hard to beat that!

Got mine today. Was able to step up a notch on the performance level of the shocks as with the rebate they cost the same as the lesser GR-2s. Just at $100 shipped for all four.

Perhaps there are different levels of KYB shocks. I put a set on an Oldsmobile wagon that I owned and was not happy with them. I swapped them for Bilsteins and loved them. I now put Bilsteins on anything I own that needs shocks.

Yes, there are different levels. Gr-2s are the basics and they go up from there. Kyb builds a lot of the dirt bike and street bike forks and shocks. Their full name is Kayaba. Billsteins are good stuff, too.

How do you like the them ? Looking to put four new shocks on my GS to smooth out the ride. Got 50/50's on the back along with 90/10's on the front and it rides like a damn tank !!! lol

Be sure to take a pic or make a copy or something if your receipt. I tried to get warranty on one with their "lifetime" warranty and was denied with out a receipt. I'll never spend my money on their product again and will post it in every forum I come across with a thread about kyb. How do they know I bought it you say? I have the shock and it was only one that spit the seal. I hope it was worth it to them. Never again.

My money is spent on Bilstien. I don't need the kyb rebate or lifetime warranty hassle.
