Anyone use the website/ company just dashes? Wondering about price and quality. My drivers door panel is cracked and there’s no replacements. I found the company just dashes online. It looks like they remold almost any panels dashes etc and list buicks. I sure it’s an arm and a leg price but with no other option I’m considering it. Car is a 72 riviera.
I used them to remold the dash pad on by '61 LeSabre. The part looks fantastic and from memory cost an arm, leg, and a few other body parts. They had to color match it and it's pretty much spot on. If you have no other alternative, I would recommend them.
I appreciate it. I was looking at it last night. The interior is original and pretty nice, headliner seats dash are an 8 out of 10 in my book. That one door panel is dragging it down. Wish it was like the earlier cars and they sold parts or I could make it. If I was not a car nut I could just get a Prius....then I wouldn’t care what it looks like.
Yes their location in Calif is also a factor. Nothing is cheap out there, anymore, and has not been in a long time. I gave up on a restoration on a '78 El Camino Black Knight 4 speed 15 plus years ago due to the cost of interior restoration. Was $800 plus then to "refoam" the padded one piece 78-88 style dash.
They are the best and their work comes out perfect....perfect as in no complaints. The dash they did for me is 15 years old and still looks perfect in color, texture, shape, etc. But as mentioned above - its not cheap.
