If the front and rear bumper emblems are nice, possibly... see if it has disc brakes

Ignition switch is specific to ‘68 Buick and is only available used. It’s not a high dollar item (usually) but there’s always someone popping up needing one. What color are the window cranks and door lock knobs? They’re hard to find in ‘not black’.

I wouldn't mind the "WILDCAT" letters off the trunk if you pick it up...I really need a "W" with both stalks intact.

i tried parting a gorgeous 70 lesabre 10 yrs ago. i couldn't give most of it away.... i don't think there is much off a market for full size stuff aside from posi rear ends and that sort of thing.

You're unfortunately right. I just have to look at our local wrecker, for 20 years I had the run of the Buick section; no one else was picking. So he squashed it all. Nobody but me missed it.

Marc do you need a 1967 ''W'' or a 1968 ''W''? They are different. For 1968 only the word ''WILDCAT'' was in italics. I have a little stash of spare 1968 letters ...

If the tail light lenses and bezels are in excellent shape they are worth an easy $500 all day long. They are unobtanium, 1968 Wildcat only. You would have no problem getting rid of them. Even if they are average, still worth trying to pull off the car if it is destined to rot

I need the 1968 variety, the trunk lid is actually off of a 68 sedan. The 67 set will not work, and it's too difficult to fill and drill to make them work. 1968 is the only year they aren't making aftermarket yet. I have a "w", but one of the pegs is short and won't take the nut. If you've got one for sale, I'm interested...

Let me check in my garage this weekend Marc, got a couple days of long hours at work to finish the week here. But I will let you know for sure. I do have some spare letters and I do have one mint NOS complete W-I-L-D-C-A-T word which I am saving for my retirement fund respray!

If I have one, no charge. It would drive me NUTS to be missing a letter. You can show me your cars and buy me a beer next time I am in Alberta - I have a very good friend who lives in Edmonton, whom I am dying to visit one year soon.

You know what exact year this lid is? Also have what appears to be a matching hood, from same car.

Thank you, the inner structure looks very similar to a 65 bel air lid I have. Different every year, sure makes the needle in a hay stack more pronounced.

There is a guy on the BCA board restoring a 68 Wildcat, so you might have better luck selling parts over there. A lot more full size guys over on that board.

Tail light on the right doesn't look so hot, did you buy it?

Doo Wop Where were you in '62?

I doubt you would get your money back and then there's the time involved.
