Today I saw over 20 various model classis cars going east on I20 in Columbia SC. The ones that I saw from behind has Mississippi tags, is there a classic car tour happening? I though they were going to Charlotte however, they bypass that exit.
Wish I was one of the cars you saw but we couldn’t make it this year. HRPT is a great time! I’m surprised you didn’t see more cars, like 2,000-6,000.
Its my first year. So far so good. A little hot but with the top down its managable. I will have to add pics of buicks ive seen
I just happen to be on the interstate for a couple miles and saw the cars, I m sure the were many more that I didn't see. I may try to make it when they come to Concord, NC.
I went to a local town that was making a good deal over it; the second town after Darlington. (Cheraw, SC). Traffic was directed for the main portion of the drive through from about 8:00 AM until 10:30 AM. Only saw about 5 or 6 Buicks...Several Grand Nationals, two 70-72 GS coupes, one 70-72 GS vert, one 65-67 Gran Sport, one Riviera. A gazillion vettes and stangs. Quite a few rat rods!. One fifties car died in the hard left turn in downtown, and was pushed off to the side...
