I loved Wheeler Dealers. Too bad the show slowly changed. Hopefully Ed China will start a new show.

Bitching Rides is pretty damn good too.

Tensions flare as the deadline nears!!..I've just summed up next weeks episode of every "Reality" show out there now you can go back to real life and not worry about what you may have missed,as a contractor in my real life I can't stand "Reality shows" everyone expects a 150,000.00 addition erected in thirty minutes with no dust and you can flip your house for 90,000.00 above your asking price in ten day's!!!, also your car that you have done nothing to since you bought it new in "81" will auction for well north of a million dollars, Don't even get me started on the Kardashians!!...P.S in who's "Reality " does a camera crew follow them around?

Audrey. yeah, shes a real cutie alright.

I have to say I love Graveyard Carz. Mark Worman is hysterical. The guy is a nut job!

I'm right there with you! I like watching Fantom works and I question some things they say and do as well but I surely wouldn't want to be in Dan's shoes. If they really have 85 different restos going all the time, have fun with that. I thought his prices seemed fair. Do you notice on Graveyard cars they never mention the cost when they are done? I like the show because I'm a newby mopar owner and mine is trashed. I enjoy seeing the steps they take to bring them back from the dead. I do get tired of Mark's shenanigans, but he does have a good line every now and then. Diesel brothers drives me nuts but I watch it just to see what they're up to. I've some of the give away trucks in person and yeah. That's what put the bad taste in my mouth about them. I also really like Iron Resurrection. They act like what I'm used to in a shop and they do build some sweet stuff!

I like iron resurrection and bitchin rides best. I do miss the real British top gear.....my all time favorite. Have as many episodes that'd fit dvr'd before they cancelled it.

Most of these shows are just entertainment. The drama is a little over the top sometimes with fantom works. Graveyard carz is sometimes funny but Mark probably is the most annoying boss of any of these shows. He quizzes his employees with knowing which options came on this specific car they are restoring. I get it that he is a walking encyclopedia of everything Mopar but don't expect everybody to have your level of knowledge.
I hate when these shows get a car with some rust and say the car is shot and not worth it. Being up here in New England, we see our fair share of rusty cars but somehow we get them back on the road. Anything can be repaired, just depends how much time and money you are willing to spend.
Wheeler Dealers for me seemed to be the most realistic car show on tv for me. Cars weren't really restored but brought back to sellable condition with blemishes still on them and done with a realistic budget. Unfortunately no more Ed China. He made the show.

My brother & his son met Dave Kindig at a car show in in Ontario, Canada, a few months ago. Rick deacribes him has a great, down-to-earth guy to talk to.

What show did they meet him at? I missed out.

I don't mind Fantom Works. I laugh at his break tests but over all I do like most of the cars he works on. Bitchn Rides is one of the better shows.

Restoration Garage is a good show. It's about a resto shop in Ontario Canada. To me its the most "real" show I've seen.

"The Guild" is the name of that shop. They do some ridiculously high end cars. I do find that one very realistic and honest, too. The owner creeps me out, though......

Unfortunately, They are All scripted to eliminate the "Reality".
Fat & Furious was 1 of the Worst & has been dropped. "I'll take Your SS454 & put it in the 12's for $15K."
"It will take a Lot of work to put that 572 where that 396 was." DUH!!!!!!!!!
I had to laugh at 1 episode, where they were working on Getzy's 8-9 Sec. Vega (Local Racer from that area) and had to call Bob Partlow (Yardley's Buddy from Quaker, LOL) to straighten out the car to make the final shoot, so the car would run a 10 Flat for the show, Filmed @ Quaker.
Chasing Classic Cars, Bitchin' Rides and the one on the Guild are the best 3 out there today.

I watch Graveyard cars. His daughter is not only a hottie, but he actually knows what the hell he's talking about without a script. I'd totally trust him with any Mopar resto. I really like bitchin rides a lot. Real car guys, and I love his ideas.

Wheeler Dealers is the best but I'm worried Velocity will screw it up. Edd quit the program because the producers wanted to cut back the segments where he actually explained what he was up to... and where you actually LEARN something. Betting next series will have Mike and the new guy screaming about deadlines and what junk they have to work with like everything else out there.

Wheeler Dealers will not be the same without Edd. I will be surprised if it lasts one season.
