is a 70 wildcat dash pad the same as electra convertible

    ive got a dash pad from 70 buick wildcat. the man has a 70 electra convertible. are the pads interchangeable

    They should be. There was no change to the width of the car, only the overall length. That extra distance was made up in the front fenders and hood. The cowl, interior, and everything else should have the same overall dimensions. That said, Riviera parts are not interchangeable with full-size parts.

    For what it's worth, according to the parts book, they do not. Good Luck

    The only reason they would not exactly interchange is that the Wildcat dash pad carries a Wildcat emblem and script rather than the Electra 225 emblem and script.

    Different from A/C car to non A/C car.

    It will go right in. I have swapped them before.
