Interior Decoding-Jobsheet

    I found this job number tag under the rear seat while doing a complete interior replacement. I know that #4667 is my model number (GS400) and #172 is the interior trim code (white). Can anyone decode the rest? The car is a '68 GS400 convertible, automatic, bucket seats, 4-way pwr driver's seat. The car will be at the Buick Nationals next week. Thanks!
