I have a factory cruise control and rear defroster removed from a 72 Skylark. System is very complete. Wire harness is uncut and includes both the cruise and defrost integrated together. Also have the unique dash plate, switch and fiber optic light. Blower motor was tested and working. Don't have any way to test the transducer but it is in very nice shape. I am including another transducer from an Electra parts car. Asking $350 for everything. Parts are located in Royal Oak, MI. Thanks....Warren
warrengs, Can you or anyone else confirm that the cruise control part of this set up would be correct on an 70 GS 455?? If so I may be interested. THANK YOU! Mark
The system came off of a 72 skylark 350. I was putting together all the parts to fit my GS455. I found the servo and have checked that it does bolt up to my 455. diaphragm is good, it just needs to be refinished. The transducer bolts to the inner fender, there is a recessed area with 2 dimples where it fits and the bracket is unique to the A-body. The inside parts are all from the 72 skylark and I checked fit on my car so I know they are right. The turn stalk/switch is correct for my 72....I don't know what a 70 looks like. I don't know what parts might be unique to a 70. I am happy to take detailed photos or find numbers on parts if it helps. Its a really nice, complete system. At one time I wanted all original parts, but my car is not an original 455 (It'd be a nice clone) so I've decided to do something different. Thanks...Warren
