    ...this time in 1:24 scale,lol!

Pro builder not far from me is handling the build, scratch cowl modifications for the blower and hand-built windshield. 5 coats House of Kolors candy apple red (as is on the original) and 5 coats clear....should be killer!

Yes Jason...unfortunately it appears it is no longer in production as are the decals...out of production.

Just so you guys know...great lengths have been taken to ensure this model is as correct as possible...and that of course means a BBB...so scoured the internet and I purchased one today, having it sent directly to my builder:

John the exhaust manifolds are wrong and not sure we can modify the intake the same way we did the big car:D
Look forward to seeing the "little car"

Lol...my guy Richard Ortiz hand fabricates all those details...as you know. He’ll have to fab the manifold to accept the 6-71 and the weedburners as well.;)

Really happy to have this one finally built, you guys have no idea. Since neither the body or the decals are currently in production, this was a project best left to the professionals! ;)

And real happy and proud to have sourced a “proper “ motor in the car which will of course require additional modifications then were originally planned,I believe he planned on using a SBC or BBC and the more I thought about that, the more I knew it was wrong...can’t have the Buick Boys up in arms!

Motor shipped directly to Rich, arrives Monday, stay tuned for further updates guys, should really be a fun build.

I've got a funny car like the Blue Max in the background I'm building into a copy of my Mach 1. This kind of stuff is awesome to me. Very cool!

Body now has been modified to accept the blower and he'll make a one-off windshield.

Four coats of primer and scratch filler have been applied and sanded in between coats...now it sits for 24 hours before the first coat of Gold base...just like the 1:1 car, lol!
