    Sold my 72 as I really want a 70.
Ive talked to a couple board members about their cars, I have my eye on some possibilities, but thought I post here in case anyone was thinking about selling theirs. Im not in a rush, just want to find a car that "does it for me"

    My requirements...

1 - Hardtop... but may consider the right convertible (although I'll get more hardtop for my money)
2 - Must have AC (working or non working as long as its all there)
    3 - Must be a GS 455 car (not a clone)

My wishes.....(their just wishes :beer )

1 - Red, black, blue maybe silver (or variations of those). Im not a fan of green, brown, yellow or white. Stratomist blue is my fav. Aquamist is a close second.
2 - Matching numbers motor would be fantastic!
    3 - Bucket seats
    4 - 15" rally's with white letter tires
    5 - I like a vinyl top

    Condition.....

Id like something I can buy and drive. Small jobs are not an issue, Id even consider something that needs paint but no panel replacement.
I'm not sure I want to get into a "restoration", but I'm not ruling that out.

So if you'be been considering selling... and you're thinking below $20k.. PM me and tel me what you've got.

Buy the car form Ebay 12k survivor. It is green but hell you can change that if you really had to. Fits all your needs except color and its a low mileage car too.

Motorama Classic Cars in Monroe, NC has a triple green all original one. It looks like it has had a little respray done in the lower passenger quarter but otherwise appears original. Still has the original spiral shocks and GM mufflers. Supposedly only has 40 some odd thousand miles on it. There website has been down for a few days but I would check it out if you want to be under 20K.

Shall I look Abroard to for you?
A lot of "new" Buicks are starting to show up down here at the car dealers.
    Some are very nice ones.

I found a very nice Buick Century Luxus Wagon. 1973. 5.7. ok its green to!
We drove the Chevy model from 92-2000 and owned two of them.
Was always looking for a Buick model... someone is getting a great car who ever buys this one.

Robert I think the shipping would prohibit me from buying something across the pond:mad: But if you happen to see a 70 on a US website dont hesitate to send to me.. It may be the one I have not seen :beer

Joe thats a nice one... likely out of my range but I'll be watching just in case!

That's nice! Well documented - just like your '72. You could always swap in some buckets later.

And you'll get to know the car really well driving it home from Texas!
