Does anybody know if '65 Riviera exhaust manifolds would fit in a '61 LeSabre with a 425 or if you have to use '61 only manifolds? It looks like there would be plenty of room but the motor is not in the car yet. Russ at Centerville says the Rivi's won't work. Wondering if you guys know anything.
    Thanks Nick

I’m afraid I do not know but I assume you do NOT currently have a set of ‘61 ex manifolds?

Russ is a wealth of knowledge, so probably right. I say stuff it in and see for yourself! Keep in mind it isn't just the initial fit but also how the exhaust tubing is to be routed.

    Best of luck!

Thanks! I guess time will tell what works. Russ is probably right. He says the '61 are nice conversion manifolds for rod projects too. I'm always scavenging and there is still lots of parts out there so this shouldn't be a problem. Thanks for the input.
I like what you're doing to the '60! My friend in Texas has a '59 and '60 wagons! Love these cars!
