I'll be in and out...

  1. I've been out of town since 12/26 without decent internet access, and it looks like I've got some catching up to do. I'll be here at home for a couple days, then gone again for a few maybe. My mother-in-law is struggling thru the final stages of cancer, so my schedule is very unpredictable for now. We got the call Thursday morning for the family to all get there, as there was a sudden downturn in her condition, but things have stabilized for the last 2 days, though only temporarily. I'm back by myself to get our year-end work done on Monday and Tuesday, then I'll be gone again. If anyone is waiting for replies from me, please be patient. I'll try to get caught up by Monday night.

Greg Schmelzer What are you looking at?!

    My prayers are with you

David, My prayers are with you and your family. My grandfather dies from cancer and I know it can be tough on a family.

Just know that in the end, she is going to the greatest reward there is.

  4. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers, guys. Fortunately, my wife has 8 brothers and sisters, and her mom has 9 brothers and sisters, so there are tons of relatives down there now to help out at the hospital and at the house. Lord knows the level of care at the hospital is pitifully lacking in quality, so we've been keeping at least 2 family members in the room 24 hrs/day on a rotating basis for the past several days now.

    GSXMEN Got Jesus?

David - Hope you'll let all of them know, that they've got an 'extended' family here that's praying for them!!

Even though the Lord may take her soon, and as difficult as it will be, I honestly believe He will be there to comfort all of you and get you thru this.
