Hi. I went to my local color shop today and asked for 2 component semi-black for my engine bay. They could mix almost anything but wanted to know how many percent semi-gloss I wished for. Googled. Some say 40-70% but that’s not very precise. How many percent would you say match the original gloss? (going to paint fan blade, radiator top place and some more parts) Thanks
The body underneath was black oxide primer . “Flat” people say on forum. 70% on firewall like they sprayed one coat of paint. For like oil splash . So it won’t mar up. Absorb the grime like primer does
