I can just about guarantee that if I had space, my number would 2 or three times current inventory. Many cars on list of want one but no place to keep it. Looking for something for 15 yo daughter to learn to drive on, Escalade ESV too big. Running joke is what does dad want now that will be "her car".
I am up to 8 currently, 3 that run, 3 that don't, 1 that should with a battery and 1 that starts but needs work
We only have 3. Wife drives a 2008 Santa Fe, I drive a '93 Dodge truck for work , and my '64 Skylark. Sure, there are a lot of cars I would like, but keeping up with daily drivers and what I can do with the Skylark a little at a time pushes the limits. Don't get to drive the "fun car" as much as I would like to, but sure enjoy it when I do!
5 Daily Drivers 5 Summer Runners 2 Running projects, one of them close to roadworthy 3 Non runners When I was flipping, I've had as many as 23 at a time.
3 daily drivers (2011 Mustang GT, 2002 Lexus IS300, 2005 Scion XB) 2 projects (1970 GS, 1993 Nissan 240SX coupe) Wife definitely is not a fan of my hobby...
I've got bugger-all with my 4. That's 2 daily drivers and 2 collectibles. There was a point where I once owned nine, and I lived in an apartment complex at the time. I had cars lying around everywhere.
I have 5 vehicles, registered & insured. Only the 4-wheeled ones are running, the others have dead-batteries and/or carb & electrical issues: 1967 Buick Riviera 1980 Chevrolet G20 Sport Van 1974 Kawasaki S3 1980 Kawasaki KZ550-4 A1 1980 Kawasaki Z1-R I'm also on the title for my parents' 2 Buick LaCrosse sedans, a 2012 and a 2017. Both have the VVT 3.6l V6 and run very smooth. I help with the general maintenance on them & drive them from time to time.
Wow! I have to think about this one for a minute. The 69 Sportwagon is not insured or on the road but the rest are. 2011 GMC Terrain 2010 Chevy Camaro SS 2002 GMC Sierra SLT 2000 Ford Mustang 1995 Chevy Impala SS 1976 Chevy Nova SS 4-speed 1969 Buick Sportwagon 400 not drivable 1967 Buick GS400 1967 Buick Skylark convertible 1964 Buick Skylark two door hardtop 1963 Chevy Impala Sport Sedan 1962 Buick Wildcat 1956 Ford Crown Victoria And one truly understanding wife! I have figured out that one woman and many cars is ultimately cheaper than one car and several women!
...................especially if the "one woman" found out about the several other women, if that was the case. That would get messy and expensive. I don't know how those Morons, in Utah, can deal with more than one wife.
I seen a 20/20 or one of those kind of shows where they interviewed a guy like that in Utah and basically the broads all lived together("sister wives") and the "husband" had his own room to stay in and the wives took turns with him to "stay the night" with them. Good thing and probably why he had his own room that IIRC to get there one would have to leave the main house, because when there "cycles" synchronized with each other it would be living hell for one man to endure that week of the month!
"ummmmm.........25 running, 1 not. I have a very understanding wife. " Now That's What I'm Talking About!!!!!
