Want to go to 275/60-15 in the rear so I tried swapping my rear 255/60-15 on a 15x7 Buick rally to the front. Got some scrapping on big bumps and left front would hit the lower front fender while making a right turn. Also 255's have ~100 miles on them.

Too big? I have run 235/60-15 and 215/65-15 on the front with no issues. Would 245/60-15 work?

    Thanks

The P245/60R-15 (26.6") is less than 1/2" shorter and narrower than the P255/60R-15 (27"). Both the P235/60R-15, and the P215/65R-15 are 26" tall

    Thanks Larry

finally got the time to make some measurements and looks like I have 1/2” gap on the front fender with the 215/65-15 so 245/60-15 maybe just a little too big.
