:TU: The Houston Buick Club will have a club display @ Houston Autorama Thanksgiving weekend November 27th- 30th. Our car line-up for this year is: Texas Direct Auto`s '87 GNX #359 w/009 miles on it, Jeff Hika`s blue '70 GS Stage 1 (Leaver), Al Farrack`s '87 GN w/25k miles-original owner, Jim Lovelace`s burnished copper '72 GS Stage 1, Ron Norquist`s '86 GN -original owner, & E.J. Howe`s NEW TOY maroon '86 Regal w/455 Buick V-8. We still need some HBC member volunteers to watch our cars. I have passes in will-call for volunteers to get in free. RESULTS from Autorama: TDA`s GNX - 1st place '85-'92 Restored ? (did not have un-restored class). Al Farrack`s '87 GN - 2nd place '85-'92 restored. E.J.s '86 Regal- 2nd place '80-'89 conservative hardtop. Ron Norquist '86 GN - 2nd place altered conservative hardtop. Jeff Hika`s GS- 4th '68-'72 conservative hardtop. Jim Lovelace`s GS- 4th '68-'72 restored. Chris Adams & Jim Woldford were at another display, Chris came in 2nd place convertible, Jim placed 4th (I think).
