This may be a stupid question- but why no porn? You're not getting any over there (or are you?) the least they could do is let you look at naked women.
Military are not allowed material that shows nudity so as not to offend the morals and religous convictions of the Muslim countries they are in..... That so not PC but war isn't suppose to be PC. Hey I talked to a guy who works on them over there. This is what he said for a solution. I asked as I wasn't sure if not sending tow horns to wire in line to use up 24v wasn't an easier solution to run off the stock horn stuff. "HAHAHHAHAHAHAH!!! I am in afghanistan working on these things now!! Well, this is much easier than you think. You need to run your 12v power supply from the second battery in series on the truck. Let me quickly explain. These trucks don't use 24v batteries, they use two 12v batteries in series. The first one is where the 24v positive comes from for the wiring system. The second one has the negative hooked to the chassis for your ground. There is a battery cable jumper that hooks from the negative of the first battery to the positive of the second battery and that hooks both batteries in series for your 24 volts. You need to use the 12v power supply wire for your air horn solenoid and hook it to the jumper between the batteries. That gives you your 12vdc to run your 12v accessories. There are already some things running 12v on that truck that are hooked up the same way usually. Good luck and thanks for supporting us over in this craziness!!"

Jon Haley - Got the horns and they're perfect! Now that 70sLark showed me how to wire them, we should have them wired up pretty soon. I'll let you know how they work. Hotrodgss1 I never go that package out, tired to get them online for a deal but it didn't go through. But I did send a copy of your message to a few air horn places, 1 said they would send something. Though hopfuly today Ill have atleast 1 for you, suppose to show up today. Then Ill fill up the box with goodies and send it off asap.

Ok your box is ready, should be easy to ID its sort of gift wraped with aluminum tape. Gonna have my Mom ship it from her work so its cheaper so it will probably say from connectronix, I dunno. Won't be hard to figure out who its from but Im not gonna spoil what's inside. Couple of the things are maybe odd but I wanted to make sure its not the same old same old stuff you guys get from home. Could of easily just filled it up quick with junk but wanted to put some thought into it. Will be waiting for your reacation and a probable huh? what? or two
