I purchased a new seal a couple of years ago and just now setting it in place, it seems like it should go fender to fender to me . This one is about 3-4 " short on both sides. Does this seem right ?
Can someone measure or snap a shot of theirs installed?

    The original was long gone.
Can someone tell me if the seal goes all the way to the fender? Or how close does it get to the fender.
    Thanks for the help

Mine on the GSX goes all the way to the fender . Almost touches the fender on both sides

    Thanks for the info.
I wonder what a body this fits then? Could've just been mis boxed.
Weatherstrip specialist on ebay they claim 59-1/8 long, going out to measure

There were some Camaro seals being sold as Buick - A body seals several years ago that were too short. Material was correct, but, length was wrong. Perhaps that's what you have.

It does bend as its in place . Measure with a piece of cord to the contours and then measure the Cord.

The one on my '71 is 61 5/8" long and it fits well - right up to the fender. Measured using Lou's suggestion.

Thanks Matt. I didn't want to get that close to the GSX as the wife spent the day cleaning it . Will I see you on Saturday ??? Weather looks good .

Yes, I plan to get up there in the A.M. I have to leave early and I will not have the car there this year. I'll be the guy with the Buick shirt on.

Hey, I was going to install mine, but not sure how. Does it just slip one? And trim to fit? It does come with clips and not sure what to do with them. Anyone have a picture of theirs for reference? Thanks!

Or maybe I’m a Jacka$$ and it goes like this and follows the curve. And you have to poke holes in the seal to line up with the holes.
