If you can, send me a close up pic of the drivers side bezel. So I can see the crome that shows after paint. Any pits in a painted area can be smoothed out and painted over. But what will show needs to look good and the backside that's seen with the hood opened. If I have a nice one, I'll break the set and give you a fair price. NOS are nice but high. Let your insurance guy know how much.......also. I may have some nice headlight retainer rings, and maybe 2 headlight buckets. If needed. I'll check in the morning.... Richard...

That’s too bad but you should be able to get it back to 100% and good thing you weren’t hurt.

If any of the others can't help you with the headlight bezels I have a very nice pair. Just let me know.

Here is the best closeup I have. I can try to get a closer shot Monday when I can get to the body shop if need be.

Ura. I kinda see. Blacked out around headlight as usual, the rest red, except next to grill is chrome. I thought a small trim of chrome showed around each headlight on the outer edge of the black?

Sent you a PM with a link to a high resolution image. You are correct that a small amount of chrome shows around each headlight.

Wow Chris glad you're ok! Hit up gsfred he probably has like 10 of everything you're looking for. If you spot anything up in Canada you need hit me up I'll try and help you out. That being said maybe contact Cole, he's up in BC but usually has lots of NOS parts.

Hey Chris I found these for you not sure if it will help? The first link is an old school guy named lloyd, he wont ship but Gary (68 wildcat) lives out by him. If you see something you like maybe he can swing out and pick it up and ship it to you. The other two links are only hour and a half from me I could go and check them out and if you want anything grab it and ship it to you.

Thanks so much for all your help! I think I may have found the parts a little closer to home, but I'll let you know if those don't work out for me. I really appreciate your efforts to locate these parts for me!

No problem Chris. I figured you'd find what you were looking for close to home but thought just incase I'd throw those links your way. Parts are way easier to come by in the U.S. for sure!

Bummer, Chris. I've nailed two of them over the years, but with only very minor damage. My brother Tom totalled a Chevy hitting a Deer in NJ. Mine were in MA and SC.

Hi Dennis, not sure how I missed this before, but I am still looking at options for the headlight bezels. I really only need the passenger side one, but if you're not willing to separate the pair I'd be willing to buy both if they are really nice. Thanks!

Just wanted to thank everyone for the offers of assistance and the sympathy posts. It's really nice to have a group like this where people understand your pain when something like this happens. I'll keep this thread updated as repairs come along and I'll be sure to post pictures of the results when it's all back together.

Great. Hope your insurance paid well. Glad to see that the impact did not take out the radiator support and inner fender.

Actually, it did mess up the radiator support; they just haven't removed it yet. More work done today:
