Probably a case where the wife wants him to get rid of his parts. " Look hun they didn't sell. May as well keep them. "

I have seen that before, but I honestly don't understand it. Can someone explain to me:

    A) Why someone selling something on eBay would not be able to ship it, especially if they were able to ship before?

    B) Why not being able to ship something makes the person list their item for 10-20x what it's worth?

Serious questions, as it seems to be common place on eBay......"I can't ship this $5 part, so I'll take $375 for it".

why did seller open the adds as written. If seller made changes in price or description buyers are able to see the changes...

If you do not relist within thirty days ebay wipes out you description and pictures, no way to recover them.
If you are not a Store with ebay you cannot put a Vacation (shipping at a later date) on you items.
The extremely high price keeps someone for purchasing an item, being unhappy and leaving bad feedback...
It is a way to keep from losing all the work it takes to list items.
ebay started about a year or two ago wiping out all non relisted items within 30 days in your ebay account...

Probably looking for someone that really needs them versus Someone looking for a deal.

It's his stuff he can price it whatever way he wants.

I always find it funny on these kinds of posts.
