I have 2 pieces of this chrome and there is one number 0n the box ( 5956573 ) and another number cast into the part (L.H. 5956575 ) and I cannot find any numbers in my parts catalog . If you recognize this part please let me know. Thank you for your time, Les
That's correct! If you're selling I could use one, or both if they are a right and a left or different pieces for the same side.
John, I don't know if Buick v8 mike was interested in buying one or if he was asking for a picture to help me identify them. if he was asking to buy then he would have the first chance if that makes sense to you. trying to be fair. thought that was what they were for but was not sure. These are both left and are NOS. I will try to send picture. they do have some funny spots on the chrome on the bottom that would not be seen and I tried to get a picture of the those spots but it is so hard to take pictures of chrome pieces. They must have come from the factory this way because they were in the original boxes. I would be willing to sell one of these for $75.00 plus shipping. Let me know if you are still interested. I am sorry if I stepped on anybody's toes. Now I am not sure who wants it and who was first. I did not realize that I should have put it in the Parts for Sale section. I am not sure what to do about this and could use some input. I would like to know who is interested and if I should put it in the Parts for Sale section now. List them in "Parts for Sale" and make a post here reflecting that. According to this thread, my opinion is that "Nailhead" (John) showed first interest, and "BuickGS65" (Dan) was second. Hope that helps.
