Hello I have a 1968 jeep gladiator pickup that has a Buick 350 in it, and I would like to put AC in it but can't find brackets to mount compressor? Any help or insight in putting an under the dash AC unit appreciated.
I had to make my own brackets for the ac compressor for an aftermarket under dash set up. I moved the alternator to the driver side and dropped the power steering pump where the fuel pump use to be. Also moved the coil under the alternator. Works for me.
Thanks, my motor is stock? So I guess I'll have to find bracket for the AC unit and one to move the altinator? Very nice motor by the way.
