Help - My Convertible top is not working properly

    My 71 Skylark top is not working properly. My top will go back, but not back up, it looks like the switch and top motor is good, any suggestions?

    Check the fluid level for the pump and bleed the system of air.

    Is the motor running? Plenty of fluid and no air? There are some check balls in the pump that sometimes get gummed up. What type of fluid are you using? Need to know more info to help solve your problem.
