Hey guys new to posting just wanted to throw this out there take it as you may. I’m running a 68 430 in my 68 gs 400 got new edelbrock intake and upgraded from a edelbrock 650 to a Holley 750 double pumper and car has never driven better also put on the Thompson fuel tabs in the carb thing takes off with never a hesitation. Before I would have some clunks and stalling with the smaller carb hope this helps the 430”s out there ! Stay safe !

Hey Tim nice to meet and hear from you. I’m running a modified 850 Quadrajet on my 430, and it works well. Buicks, in case you haven’t learned yet, LOVE big carbs

My '69 GS400 currently has a '69 430 in it. I installed a Window Rattler cam in it when I rebuilt it, and idles like that Riv. Few cars can pull as hard as a BBB when it's set up right.
