The ones I see for Buick on the site all have digital displays, yet yours appears to not be digital. Which one did you buy?

Is this a kit that is offered? Do you have any photos of it and the install yet? I'm a sucker for the hidden/unassuming tech devices.

Very easy solution- go to Staples or Wal Mart and buy a black plastic binder. The surface is textured just like the black part of the radio bezel. I just cut a piece of the binder cover to shape, glued it to the face of the bezel and cut out the din hole for my receiver. Works Great:laugh:

That's what i did. My plastic bezel was already cut when i bought the car. If you ever want to go back you can just replace the plastic bezel and be good to go.

When you guys buy radios and kickpanel speakers from them are you using he Chevelle dropdown menu or the Buick-Cadillac-Olds dropdown menu to choose from?

Someone posted a pic of their radio from them earlier and it didn't have a digital readout at all, but all the ones I see on their site do...can anyone give clarification?

Have the same under dash 8-track and plan to do about the same; but in that link there is no solution for the volume and balance wheel (as far as I can see those are no longer there).
For the looks I really want to keep them.

Has anybody done this before and kept those wheels in place?

    >>I didn't put them back on when I did the conversion - though my solution was going to be to cut the wheels in half, and then super glue them to a piece of plastic which would be glued to the inside of the 8-track player. Then it would give the appearance of the wheels still being in place.

That's a solution I haven't thought about. Was thinking of cutting the potmeters (on the edge of the 8 track's front cover), but that would have caused more trouble later on. Will have a look at your solution tomorrow, Chris. :TU:

I took a butchered 70-72 Plastic radio bezel and took an aftermarket delete plate and glued it to it. I then cut the square notch to fit the aftermarket radio. Looks real nice with the factory correct grain.
