My first GS was a 70' GS455 back in the late 70's. Since then I have had a bunch, but wasn't smart enough to keep any of them... 65 GS, 67 Skylark, 67 GS340, 2-70 GS 455s, 70 GSX 4 speed, yellow, (favorite car ever!) 71 Skylark, 74 GS Stage 1 (Bought with spun bearings, 65 likewise.) Now I have the fever again! Cars are SO EXPENSIVE compared to what I paid for any of them back in the day, the GSX was $2200! I traded a 70 Corvette convertible even for it, I had only ever seen one before and thought it was the coolest car ever. Currently "making do" with a 79 Corvette...

Sorry, I only have one picture of the blue / white top, interior 70 GS455 and one GSX picture... somewhere in this house.

Love that area. We'll be there in about two weeks on our annual trip to observe the fall leaves. We stay in Lake Lure.
