GS 455 Convetible production #'s

    GS 455 Convertible production #'s

    I have a '70 GS 455 convertible and want to know how many like mine were made. It has a 4 speed, bench seat, no a/c, no power steering, it has the in dash tach and rear spoiler. It has no other options. The original colors are Diplomat Blue with Pearl White interior and white top. How can I find out how many were made with this combination?

    Ken,
    Total GS 455 convertible production in 70 was 1,184. 1,040 had the THM-400, 126 had the 4-speed, and 18 had the 3-speed on the floor. These figures are from "The Guide To Buick GS 65-75". The Sloan museum or Wayne Roberts might be able to break it down further from the Microfiche records. Hope that helps
