Congrats. NOW THE FUN BEGINS.
God bless the little Eli
Eli is a great name!
Awesome!!! Congratulations Ronnie, mommy, and little Eli! I was there just 8 months ago with my little guy, it's tough at times, but always remember to enjoy the ride. It's worth it.
Congratulations to You, Your Wife and the big guy, Eli. He's going to grow up to be 'one of the good guys' because he was born to good, honest and loving parents.
Keep on truckin lil Eli...
Man thanks so much guys. It was nerve racking because the dr was freaking us out telling us Eli weighed 10 lbs and my wife NEEDED a c section. She was wanting to go the natural route. He totally took us through a emotional roller coaster. I didnt like him one bit. But some random nurse took it apon her self to speak with my wife, she examed her inside (something the dr never did) (the dr got the 10 lbs from an approximation with an ultrasound) and the nurse said she felt like the baby would be ok and was not that big. Well she was right, my wife eneded up going the natural route and when he came out he was only 8.8 not over 10 like the dr said. A week ago my wife had a dream of a man in a white robe telling her not to worry that he was with her. Well the little fella is good and she is too. Sometimes drs are wrong, it just sucks when you have to pay for it.. if we woulda did the c section she would have been out for 2 months, no baby bonding time for the first hours, and all babys from now on would HAVE to be c section babies giving her only 3 pregnancies becasue after 4 its to risky. Plus i read women die all the time from it, from infection and internal bleading. Im glad God was with us and for every single prayer i get..
Her dad my father in law said "Who knows maybe he seen an ultra sound of his balls, and thought they were 5 lbs each" lol
Now the fun begins Tom.
Ill keep that in mind Shawn.

Congratulations! My wife just hit 12 weeks with my first...we should find out this week at her checkup what sex the baby is...I’m hoping for a boy, as the wife only wants one & is set on a girl. I want 3. If we have a boy, I’m positive that she’ll try again for a girl. I’m a little late at 46 for my first, but I’ve been waiting for a long time for the right girl & circumstances. It only took 3 marriages to get it right, lol!
Congrats Ronnie to both you and your wife!
Ask for the blood test. Its new i think. And 99.? Acurate. They take blood from momma, not the fetus because thats too risky and they can measure something in the blood that will tell you the sex. The happier, safe and worry free you keep your wife the 6 months during pregnacy will make a great pregnacy. Be that rock.
Thanks man, little Eli is home now and on his 4th diaper lol
My new favorite song
Congrats Ronnie and God Bless your family.
If it hasn't happened yet it will soon. You will be sitting in the rocking chair holding your son late at night looking at him sleeping in your arms and God will overwhelm you with a love for him that you never though possible. You will truly understand what love is at that moment; how easy it is to lay down your life for another. We think we understand love but we don't until that moment.
Now don't blink or you'll miss 15 years of his life. My son was born six months ago in 1993 and my daughter four months ago in 1996!
