I have several available, but first...!!! Are you sure it's broken??? This same style mechanism has been in use since the early 70's!!! Usually a little bit of trash gets inside the mechanism between the "teeth" and prevents it from engaging properly. Try taking off the plastic covers (This will require removing the seat from the floor to access the lower screw on the lower trim piece, but you gotta do that to swap it out anyhow...) Remove the four bolts (13mm socket) holding the mechanism to the seat. The black plastic trim piece SHOULD be inside between the mechanism and the seat. Take a small wire brush to the latch and clean it, then blow out with air wand. If it is actually bad, PM me.
