The SSR's gonna cost $42k... http://www.auto.com/industry/iwirb18_20030118.htm ... and the new Buick concept does make 400HP, but it has a name nobody can pronounce and it looks like a suppository... http://www.babez.de/newpics7/buick_centieme.php ou: So much for the SSR being an affordable performance car. Once again, the imports and Chrysler are eating GM's lunch for them. Can't they just build cars that average people want to own? Is that too much to ask? - Freed
Dang! And the wife saw a picture and commented she'd like to have one. The name sounds like some kind of spice. It sounds similar to The Toyota Sienna? I forget what import car co. makes what. They all look the same to me. The cars that is.(just so we are clear what I mean by that.)
UHHHHH!! That new buick is hideous. Take that twin turbo v6 and put it in the monaro/GTO car, paint it black, slap some tri sheilds on it and call it a GN! ________ Novana Residence Condos
Ha! Thats pretty funny! Lets see, preheat the oven to 450 degrees, then put in until the cheese melts........ I thought Mr. Lutz would get things changed at GM in a hurry, looks like we'll all be very disappointed. Mark
SSR We're gonna be making the windshields for the SSR where I work. Just got the tooling in. 20,000 first year projected. We also make the Viper and Prowler windshields and I'll never be able to afford any of them. Cool cars but way too pricy.
I actually like the new Buick. A family of six needs something to cruise around in. The Roadmaster won't last forever and I don't want a van!
Why are you guys disgracing the Buick name by calling that a Buick???uzzled: It doesn't even have a Buick engine!ou: Ronnie
Exotic vehicles is where the $$$$$$$ are for them. The SUV market has reached saturation and demand is dropping. The wagon/crossover is the new wave. But I'm way too simpleminded and practical when it comes to daily commuting cars. I don't need a voice-activated navigation system or a butt-warmer, and I don't need 400 horsepower (I live in Houston and during most commutes I couldn't use all 136hp in the Camry if I WANTED to). I just want a reasonably-priced, comfortable car with decent power and great gas mileage that'll get me from point A to B a billion times without a lot of headaches. When I want to drive something fun, I'll pull out a REAL Buick...
Then who makes it? Is it even a GM motor? I cant think of any 3.6 liter v6 GM motors. ________ condos for sale in Pattaya
