The last few days, my phone is only charging up to 70%. I'm using the factory cord and even cleared the cache, after doing a little Internet search for troubleshooting. The phone was a year old in March. Has anyone else experienced this and were you able to remedy it? Thanks in advance!
That was the site I used that shows how to wipe the cache. Another thing about this phone that stinks is you can't change batteries.
I have an I phone 6S. Awhile back, the phone would die when the battery still showed 20-30%. A software update took care of it, it actually took a few updates until the problem was completely gone. Don't know much about the Android phones.
Yeah...this just started over the last couple days. I'm hoping it resolves itself - kinda like my fuel gauge did the other day.
Not an android expert or fanatic but an android fan. First, how much life do you get out of it? Have you ran it down to dead in the last few days? I've found that when all else fails, I let my old Nexus 6 run down to 1-2% and then charge it back up it will do better for quite a while. Also, you can install an app like Ampere (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gombosdev.ampere&hl=en) to see what your charge rate is. That way you can see if your chargers are putting out sufficient power to full charge the phone and give you battery temp readings. I now have an S8+ that makes it two full days on a charge.
