I am planning some changes to my fuel system. I was wondering if anyone had some pictures of their setup, they would be willing to share? I may be changing from mechanical/pusher pump, to straight electric. I will have to run a regulator to my Holley 1000, hate to mount it to the fender, I would like to conceal it a bit more. I will be using steel braided lines. Any other options? Thanks.

When I look for ideas on clean looks I usually turn to the Nascar boys. Here's a shot I took last year at Talladega of an RCR car. You can't get any cleaner then that. I like how they got it all on the fuel line. You can bring the fuel line in from almost any direction.

You can also purchase a bracket that mounts in the same location off the carb bolts if you do not want that type of fuel line http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_10001_10002_761829_-1_10323 The regulator attaches in the center and you run braided line to each bowl of the carb. Very clean.

i havent installed mine yet, but i plan on putting the fuel pump somewhere in the back in the differential hump, and the redulator inside the frame rail under the drivers side door, run the line through the frame up to the front to a fuel cooler, then from there somehow to the carb.

    Hi Steven,

I have also thought about putting the regulator on the frame rail. Everyone I tell this to, says that would be too far from the carb. I have no basis for saying this, other than third party opinions. Let me know how it works out. Thanks for responding.

i will if i get around to it soon.

Engine wont be complete for some time.

The plan was either that or mount the regulator after the fuel cooler somewhere up front.
