So Eldebrock, Holley, etc has had EFI for brand X for years now.

Has anyone come out with EFI for V8 Buicks YET??

I'm a long way away from doing what I wanna do but curious. Can't find it in google searches either.

    Thanks.

Oh.... I've been away for awhile now.
Embarassing actually, considering I was on their site recently looking at heads and didn't look for this.

    Thanks. :TU:

Lol no problem. Pretty sure that Holley, Edelbrock etc. has Throttle body injection applications for anything with a 4-barrel manifold too.

TA is good to work with, I purchased just the EFI SPX intake then opted for my own choice of EFI computer and system.

Has anyone here tried the MegaSquirt DIY injection?

A couple friends and I did it on an Olds 455 and it worked out pretty well. I'm not the electronics guy so I can't answer specific questions but I'm leaning towards this down the road.

I can't post a link because my post count isn't high enough but that should get you close.

A video of right after I got the car running on the EFI. I am using waaay too much IAC and not enough throttle openning, creating the wind sound. Live and learn.

When testing the limits of the timing control with the MegaSquirt I took this one.

Revving on it a bit. The car starts up much better now and the whine under the hood is the fuel pump, the camera picks it up when it's hardly audiable in person.

    Here's another option: Mass-Flo EFI

It appears that you can select the TA intake you want to use, yada, yada, when you're ordering the system. The kit appears to come with all the bells and whistles to effectively be 'plug and play'. You supply the fuel system though. Don't know how well their systems work. :Do No:

I asked this same question about the Mass Flo last week and it went down screaming and burning....Check the threads under "Mass Flo"

You don't need one for a Buick other than the manifold. As has been stated the TA manifold will work with any system practically. And as far as a fuel table goes you'll find they are similar for engine size to engine size with subtle differences here and there.

If you do an Accel I am here to help tune and set it up, I've done dozens, not difficult.
As I've said many times download each ones software, that should help.

In my opinion holly dominator efi is about the best most feature/tuning kit out there.

accell also has a really nice mpfi kit too probably only thing would would need unless you want alki injection and transmission controller too like the holly

megasquirt has always been an option..
easy tbi setups include holly avenger? i think thats it
