How do I trouble shoot my fuel gauge, (info: Gauge pinned all the way past full, I tried pulling the gauge and moving the pin to E, I then pluged the gauge back into the cluster turned the key and it pinned past F, I guess I need to know like where the ground wires are in the trunk maybe or how to see if its the sending unit or the gauge??? totally lost, oh and the fill fuel dummy light will not go off wtf is that about... i'm soo lost 1987 BRlimited 307 5.0 Btw I have been a member for 30 minutes and u guys have solved 1 problem for me... i'm already swearing by this site!!!
I'm afraid I don't know anything specific about Regal wiring, but it does sound like a ground problem at the gage or the fuel sender (top of the fuel tank) or a bad sender. Devon
