    Big Red
I went to NAPA and got a big pack (110pc) of copper washers. I used the Chrysler bolts and put 25lbs of torque on the right side and the left. The right side did not leak. The left leaks like a sieve. I tightened to about 75lbs and it stopped. I do believe that the hose banjo is too thick but I have nothing to compare it to. I round file'd the originals months ago. I'll probably order a set of Earl's Hyperfirm hoses tonite. That's the only thing I can come up with.

    Brake hose leak

    Reynold,
I called tech support today. They have no dimensions on the hose. I ordered a Wagner hose and will measure it when It comes in tomorrow.
    Did you order from Earl's?

Yes. I ordered them from Jeg's last night. I torqued the left caliper down PLENTY and it was fine for about a day. When I left for work this morning, I noticed a drop hanging from the bolt. I guess I'm not going to beat this thing so as soon as the Earl's hoses come in I'm gonna take the new rubber hoses off the car and throw them as far as I can into the woods behind my house! :af: I'm with you, I can't believe that the calipers are leaking, I think it's the hoses. If the calipers leak, they'll join the hoses! Next call will be for Wilwood's! I'm tired of screwing with this. :blast:

    WOOHOOOOO!

Success at last! Got the new Earl's hoses in today. I put them on about 3 hours ago and NO LEAKS!! YAHOOOOO! Now I'm going to peel the top on a Miller Lite and get ready to launch the repro hoses to the moon!
