Would anyone have a diagram of the color of the clips holding the lines to the frame? I am thinking about painting mine before the body goes back on.
    Thank you for any help

    Nelson,

    Brake & Fuel Line Clamp Kit - Correct colors. . . . .

I "ttt'd" it to bring it to the top.

The only thing I don't remember is the color of the small "S" clips. I thought I had some that were yellow, but they might be a different style clip.

Thank you All for the help. Anyone know the 72 Model that will include the Vapor Line Clamps that are located on the passenger side?

What happened to the post with the 72 fuel & vapor line colors?

Found it...… Would someone know what spray can color that would match the yellow, blue and green clips?
    Thanks

I deleted it because you were asking for a kit (the 72 model) with all the correct colors, when I first read it I thought you were asking what the colors were, and not about the kit. Could have left it up I suppose but figured why add more noise into the conversation.....sorry about that. I do have info on my webpage. Spray can colors will work, I think I just used tremclad for the yellow after beadblasting them, the green and blue ones were actual anodized. You have to be careful with the paint, if you spread the clip too much it will crack the paint (tremclad seems really good for this, specialty colors I had issues so ended up buying new).

Thanks Tim. I hate to buy new when these are in such good condition but I'm not going to send them and get them anodized. I guess I will try the paint first

For sure, like I said had great luck with the tremclad on the yellow ones, they still look new under there been 10 years. Big thing would be obviously to use several thin coats and I would leave the clip more or less open so you put it on, close it up and done. Inline tube has a clip kit but honestly the colors are off and looks kinda bad in picture, I'd just paint them...(they have tabs too and originals did not might be fitment issues, usual case of one part for many applications).

Is the yellow a more safety yellow or like a John Deere yellow

More like a John Deere darker yellow...if you still have the originals should be some color on there somewhere....

They are are for the disc brake lines at the front of the frame.
