Fish that Leaves a Tarty Taste in your Mouth

There's some local fish that will do that around here too, a air breathing fish none the less. You cant catch it, it catches u.

 

Being a self designated foodie… I want to say that I would try everything on that menu!

 

Even the “dung smoked”salmon? I have to inquire about the source of the dung and whether it is fresh.

 

Surstromming. Dare you....

 

FERMENTED BALTIC HERRING?? Sounds like kippers'... ws
