Wow. I can't believe we're finally here! We're renting a house in Bar Harbor until we have a modular built on our property in West Tremont, on the other side of the island. Still have all the clearing and septic and well installation to coordinate. It's been a tremendous learning experience, but most important of all, this area is absolutely pristine and awe inspiring. I can't believe I live here. As you can see in the picture, K.C. loves it too!

I'll keep you's all posted on the progress.

Meanwhile, my GS is being completely redone by the person who completely re"did" it in the first place. Many problems with paint and quality issues. So here I am in Maine, and my GS is in NC. Only like 16 or 17 hours away, not too bad.

I may get my friends running 73 455 out of his 70 GSX if he replaces it with a warmed over 70 455. That would possibly allow me to actually DRIVE it onto the trailer for a change. Hope all is well with you all.

Welcome to New England! Hope to run into you at New England Dragway some night.

Also, you might want to check out the New England Buick Racing Association (www.nebra.org), it's a lot of turbo6 guys but there are a couple of us V8 guys to. Occasionally they will have a dyno day or track rental, and once a year there is a picnic. No cost to join, either.

Well I don't know where you are, so close is relative. I bet that Lebanon Valley is closer for you.

New England Dragway is in Epping, New Hampshire, just off Route 101 (south eastern NH).
