Fenderwell grommet?

Does anyone have an idea where to find the grommet for the pass-through in the fenderwell for one of the AC lines? Its a '67 GS400, I assume Skylark would be the same. I think the part may not exist so am also open to other ideas.

Just get generic grommet at parts store and split it with a sharp knife.

 

For future reference I found an exact fit grommet at McMaster-Carr.
