Fedex Problems

Am writing to inquire as if any one has inner knowledge of what might be Fedex' current problems. Have shipped with them for over fifteen years. Maybe? 20 to 35 packages a year. It usually dies down around October to when tax refunds come in, in late Feb or early March.
This past Spring, about three months ago, I was informed at the local counter (Las Cruces) that my account had been suspended for "lack of use" I don't sell much in the winter, but this is the first time this has happened. And they did not inform me in any way to let me know of the suspension.
So I did call the 1-800 number, and they did reinstate my business account. No explanation for why it was suspended though, and no reason given. Other than "lack of use". This has never happened in previous years.
A few weeks later, brought a package to the same Las Cruces counter, and was then informed that my account was "on a cash only basis". Apparently they uncoupled my credit card from my account. No reason was given, it happened at least twice in April. Again, no contact of any sort, to advise myself of this account/credit card disconnect. Contacted card company, no problem with them receiving payments from myself.
Shipped out a part in early May, and they delivered an empty box to the customer in the Midwest. Did view a routing report on line, the box did get to it's destination. Empty. Upon calling the claims department, they could not give reason why a scan weight was not done in the terminal just before delivery. Nor could they tell me if it was "normal practice" to leave a torn open empty package at a customers' home. Two phone claims and now they advised me to file a "lost package" claim in writing, which am in process of, am getting documentation from customer, and making duplicates of everything for myself.
Yesterday, was in local Las Cruces counter, again, (don't ask why, shouldn't be) and the individual behind counter (who I believe was shift manager) gave me an outrageous quote for a medium small parcel going to Mississippi. She is aware of my account problems, and seemed as if she was simply trying to get rid of my self with a crazy quote. Am going to file a claim regarding this encounter, also.
Anyone know why they seem to be running off the rails??

    FED-X are pure liars

ALL of their expedited shipments are delayed or late on purpose.

I had my last 3 shipments delayed after paying premium money.

    Never again.
