you need to log on to your paypal account, on the top right corner is a box that says something like send $, after the amount then you key in the email address I gave you then a box or a question will pop up that will ask you to choose "paying for an item or a service or "sending to a friend". It will prompt you pretty much after each thing. Hope this helps!
