Hey Guys I am looking for an evaporator box for a 68 Skylark with AC. I just need the right side. The side closest to the engine. I smashed mine while doing the engine swap and it's a bout to get hot here in TX in one second. Please let me know if you have one. Also price and shipping to Plano TX 75093
Here is one that I have ...not perfect and described as follows: >This is the pre'71 or pre 72 version since it is the darker color fiberglass. The "later" versions (71 or 72) are the same thing but were made using a lighter grey fiberglass color >Some slight discoloring in areas (see pic...I outlined the areas generally)...not terrible but it is there >The small tab at the front/middle edge of the box is partially broken off...this is where the clamp that stabilizes the evaporator bulb tube is screwed into the hole at this location. You might be able to glue on a donor piece from your box but I can't guarantee it. Price-wise - I'd take $15 for the part + shipping (shipping, via USPostal Priority Mail is around $10). Check or MO for payment....no paypal Not a perfect piece but it's not one that's sat out in the sun in a salvage place and gotten faded/sunbaked/dried out. I can take more pics, close-ups, etc if you need them. I'll be back later today/tonight. No problem if you prefer a nicer piece.....this is an extra half I remembered I had here. Thanks
