Eric, I wanted to send a link to my dad showing your 61 going down the track. I knew one had been posted here years ago. I found it, but it linked through myspace.com videos. It doesn't exist anymore. Do you have a link to any videos of your car that I can send him? Also, for anyone else reading. Years ago Jim B had a 61-2 race car that he sold. I'm wondering what happened to that car and if it's still going. It's been over 10 years ago I'm guessing.
Its a 62 Special, a board member local to me bought it about 6-7 years ago. I've owned it now for about 2 yrs and have been working on it since....here it is when I got it
Cool - I remember when he had it up for sale. It looks better now. It seemed like the paint style was dated, and did it have some sort of flares on it too??? I love that body style, especially when set up for drag racing. Unfortunately, it seems like the original chassis wasn't really set up for it.
