This is the first time since i've joined the site that i've been in The Hobby Lobby. I like this section of the forum, and have been reading a lot of threads. I was wondering... Have they EVER made a model '65 electra? I'm guessing most likely not, but i figured i'd ask you guys first.

    Thanks,
    Jason

Other than promotional models for the dealers, probably not. I bought a model of my car on E-bay for $35.00 about a year ago. It's even the same color as my Electra. I went to the Buick National meet in Flint, MI this summer and a guy had a whole table full of the promo models, but he wanted between $60-$75 for them...glad I got mine cheap! Ken

The only promotional model made in 65 was the Wildcat, 2d hardtop and convertible (very expensive). They did the Wildcat in 64, Electra in 63 and 62 and the Invicta in 61.

    Guess the '65 Electra's weren't too popular... :(
