Can someone please post a picture of the upper fender skirt mount, I lower mounts (where you put the hooks) in place but those little pieces where the locking shafts go, are rusted away. And how much should the gap be, between the fender skirt and wheel arch?
The gap between the fender arch and the skirt is about 1/4 inch. I'm sorry; I don't have a picture for you and won't for at least a month. I was just looking through all the service manuals I have, and wouldn't you believe it, not one good shot of the skirts and how they mount up. Even the body manual is useless.
Thanks, I'm not in hurry with pics, because there is still plenty of work with this rusted whale... I also checked shop manual and body manual, both useless, there was not a single word about fender skirts.
