That shape is referred to as a “shooting brake.” Speaking of shooting something, I’d suggest putting that car out of its misery.
The term “shooting brake” more recently has denoted cars that are turned wagon from a sporty type car but historically it has been used to denote station wagons (Woody) in Europe(England) often built from specific coach builders . It was originally used for wagons that carried hunting parties. Some really interesting “shooting brakes” have been built under both definitions

i think it has those adjustable exhaust / muffler tips. Can't think of the brand name but I've seen them before.
