Has anyone ever used a mid 80s G-body donor car for a disc brake conversion on a '68 A-body? I have an '85 Gran Prix that I could use as a donor if it is possible. The disc conversion is for my 1968 SpecialDeluxe. ...............Mac :Do No:

Won't work, don't even try it. Suspension geometry is different.
You can find original disc set-ups here or www.442.com or www.classicalpontiac.com

They (OPG, PPI, Y1) carry new disc brake set-ups.

You can get originals for $250-400 and new ones for $500-700.

Don't forget you will need the prop valve and probably a good time to replace all brake lines from www.inlinetube.com
