turbodave231 Just another whiz bang V6

I'm hoping to find a disc brake setup for a 1970 GS. What donor cars are a direct fit?

1968-1972 Chevelle and Malibu and Monte Carlo
    1968-1972 Olds Cutlass and 442
    1968-1972 Pontiac Lemans, GTO

Will 1973-1975 G bodies fit too? Gran Prix, Monte's, Century/Regal, Cutlass?

Any other years or Models that I'm missing?

    Dave

Actually what you need to do is go the B Body route - bigger better brakes but more importantly dropped spindles which make the handling much much much better. The Chevelles site is a good reference.
The B Body spindle is a much beefier unit. You'll need turned down Camaro ball joints to fit the sockets of the A body lower arms and the B spindles and I recommend you get a set of tubular upper arms sicne they're shroter and correct the suspension geormertry from the dropped spindle, otherwise you'll need an inch of shims which won't be good!

I putting mine on at the moment and working through it.

Good luck with what ever you decide to do

    regards
    Nick :)
