I ran 295x50x15s on my 76 Century with no issues of outer lip rubbing. Put them on my 77 Century, same rims, and now I get a little rub. Maybe I am searching wrong but was there different rearends that might have been a little narrower? If I recall the posi I put under it came out of a mid 70s buick station wagon. The ride doesn't seem any different put that was the early 80s and these springs do have 30 more yrs on them.

Also, does a disc diff and drum diff have the same specs on hub to hub length?

    Anyone know this answer?

    Thanks

The rotors from the rear discs are thicker than drums, and will push your wheel outboard slightly.
